What is hyperPad?
hyperPad is a powerful visual game creation tool that allows anyone to build and publish games and interactive experiences—without needing to code! Great for beginner game devs or an advanced game creator using iPad, we make game development accessible and fun.

Where can I download hyperPad?
hyperPad is available for download on the Apple App Store. Simply search for 🔍 “hyperPad” and install it on your iPad.

Do I need an account to use hyperPad?
While you can explore hyperPad without an account, creating one allows you to save projects, participate in the community, and publish the games you make directly to the hyperPad Hub for free or to the Apple App Store.

💡 Common Issues & Troubleshooting

My project won’t load or keeps crashing. What should I do?

• Ensure you have the latest version of hyperPad installed.
• Restart your iPad and try reopening the project.
• If the issue persists, reach out to support (here) with your project details.

I lost my project! Can I recover it?

• If you have cloud saving enabled, check your account’s saved projects.
• If your project was stored locally, try searching your device for backup files.
• Unfortunately, if a project was deleted without a backup, it cannot be recovered.

Why won’t my game run properly?

• Check for logic errors in your behaviors.
• Test on different devices or restart the app.
• Optimize your assets to reduce lag and improve performance.

I can’t export my game. What’s wrong?

• Ensure you have an active internet connection.
• Verify that you meet the App Store or hyperPad Hub requirements.
