Something like $9.99(monthly) makes sense.

That definitely could be clearer, people might come expecting to get lifetime developer for $10 (which isn't completely unreasonable, considering indie is a one time purchase).

We've actually had the pricing page changed for a while now, it's just not live until the next update goes out.
