Why can't I find a way to select multiple behaviours and then copy and paste them to some other object?

Sorry if I'm overlooking the obvious of how to do this. Or failing to find where I should be reading about how to do this. Or just an idiot.

    Or, all of the above.

@Deeeds I wish you could copy and paste behaviours across objects 😕. The best you can do is copy the entire object, to copy the behaviours to another object. There’s a duplicate button somewhere when selecting the object, or you can press and hold it to copy then find the Paste or Stamp button.

Unfortunately you can not copy/paste behaviours between objects yet. We're working on it!

          @Murtaza PLEASE!

For the love of all that is sharing. I'll personally add pallets of scotch to your boardroom for this feature.

And, if you want a feature request: Saving behaviour trees as components of activity/methodology, to somewhere, so they can be shared online between users and shared between projects on an iPad.

And, if that's too easy, make a logical, flow following pseudo code output stem from every behaviour tree so that when sharing a tree it's automatically creating its own reference materials. Caveat: so long as the user names everything carefully.

In the meantime, @Aidan-Oxley and @Murtaza, would (for others) the Behaviours editor remembering exactly where it was last accessed be helpful?

It would, to me, as I'm often replicating similar functionality on different things, and having to go like this:

            example

            • Select Object
              Activate Behaviours Editor
Select Physics (top of screen, midway to the right)
Select Advanced (way over to the bottom left)
              DoubleTap/DragOut Set Gravity

            Could be reduced to:

            • Select Object
              Activate Behaviours Editor
              DoubleTap/DragOut Gravity

Simply remembering where the user last accessed the list of Behaviours could be SUPER useful for heavy users. I think. But I'm only getting started, and so far found this reset of the Behaviours listing to be MINDBENDINGLY ANNOYING.

            YMMV

My arms are getting worn out dancing across the screen all the time.

@Deeeds I'm not bothered about which it remembering which category of behaviours I'm using, but it would be nice to be able to keep it always on advanced mode.

@Jack8680 I agree, advanced mode would be great!
