New Game Settings Window moving perpetually down

After deleting a large amount (16+) Games (nor sure if relevant), and creating a new game, upon the pinboatd closing (used for PTM ration and gravity), the window lowers by 1/4 the width of the screen. Additionally, a copy/cut/paste box consumes the bottom portion of the screen,

It’s like the box lowers due to the keyboard closing, except there’s no keyboard, so it never raises.
Latest hyperPad, iOS 11.2.
Issue is recurring, and requires a force quit to fix
