hyperPad Viewer App is Now Available!

Nice, looks great so far. Some minor issues though:
- There is a non-functioning Add Project button on the Projects screen
- The tutorial for making a platformer still runs
- The UI bug on the bottom bar that I experience on iPad Air 2 happens here too on iPhone 6S

A few we missed.The overlapping bottom buttons is an iOS12 issue. We'd like to fix it soon, but if you update to ios13 it will no longer be an issue for you.
