      Hello

      I have tried to reach out on support but havent had much luck. A project download from HyperPad for most most recent project has failed to build in Xcode straight from the HyperPad project download - think this is due to ARM64 issues and something to do with ios simulator
      Error msg is like:
      building for iOS Simulator, but linking in object file built for iOS, file for architecture arm64

      Any tips on how to fix please

        Yea... I remember trying to compile a project in xcode but it didn't run at all despite what I tried to do.

        I have no idea how to fix this and I hope the devs fix it soon. @Hamed @Murtaza

          Whats the status on this. Are we able to build to xcode?

            @SplitMindGaming Yeah.. I don't think we can build to xcode at the moment. This is pretty bad.

              Did the devs abandon hyperpad?

                @SplitMindGaming Oh no, definitely not.

                They're more active on discord. I'll notify them there

                  @SplitMindGaming @SuperSnoopyBros This has been fixed. Exported projects from now on should no longer have this issue. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

                    @RobinsonX Still having the issue from an export yesterday:

                    ld: in /Users/krdavis/Projects/Trolls/libs/hyperPad/libHPStatic.a(20150301111255_convert_paths_to_ids_in_BehaviourData.o), building for iOS Simulator, but linking in object file built for iOS, file '/Users/krdavis/Projects/Trolls/libs/hyperPad/libHPStatic.a' for architecture arm64
                    clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

                    Builds and runs fine on my iPad Pro...

                      @ZuniSoft This only works on new builds - existing builds will have the same issue. Try generating a new XCode project and building that.

                        @RobinsonX this was a new export from yesterday. Will not build for a simulator. I posted a video on Discord - Bugs showing what is going on...

                          I found a workaround, if you have an M series Mac, you need to run Xcode in Rosetta mode.
