What are you stuck on in hyperPad?

Anyone have any problems they're stuck on? I can ping the hyperPad engineers to answer questions!

Actually yes. I am not able to publish any game. It always says there is an error try again later.
Also it is not creating cloud backups. I tried to use several iPads. When closing a game in edit mode it says sometimes failed to save.For one game out of many it created a backup - is this supposed to be like this that only one game backup is supported?
How can I fix these kind of issues?
