A Speak Text Behavior

I believe Siri can be used inside apps now. If not, a TTS engine as a speak text box would be neat.

Wasn't this something to be added to iOS11? I could be wrong.

Possibly. Since we never did anything with siri, or text to voice, we never really looked into it's capabilities on it's availability.
SiriKit is for integrating with Siri, but I'm not sure if there's something for TTS, it seems to just be for adding Siri commands.

Apps could support Siri in iOS 10 too. I just tested with my old iPad. But they might have added more supported things in 11?
Also, I have apps that use TTS.
