Is it possible to create a playable version of my game so that someone without hPad or even an iPad can play it?
Anything possible within hPad forum, website, etc?

I agree, it would be nice to let people play some games without downloading all of hyperPad and making an account.

Games cannot be played on websites, as far as I know, it will only run as an iOS app.

We'd like to do a web player eventually. But right now we're focusing on iOS.

We have a completed iPhone player, but have yet to release it due to some internal changes we've made.

But as soon as this is released you can share a project with friends and family and they can play with out downloading/signing up for hyperPad.

@murtaza do you have a rough date we can expect the iPhone player?
