    How would I move an object forwards or backwards of the direction its facing. Example: A cube is facing the right so want to move to the right. This mostly only affects top down games.

    @BuiltLord You can already do this. You can select the Global UI layer on the right sidebar and from there you can drag graphics from the Asset Dock to add elements to the screen. You can program the elements to act as buttons.

    @KrystalYee It seems good ideas are inherent to people when they stop asking what other people desire. When perception becomes "what would someone else do", a frustration cycle develops where desire and output don't align. jmi starting with a blank project and never asking yourself what someone else would do is how something meaningful/different than the indie flood happens. Everyone has a fascinating wavelength they just don't know it becasue they're used to being themselves....
