Problem:i cant upload,when i press the button,it does nothing,by theway i did everything it said to do -

Uploading a project takes time. When you press it, you get a progress bar in the top. Depending on how large your project is, it can take more or less time before you get to the submission process.

Have you tried scrolling back up and seeing any errors?
They appear at the top and tell you what's wrong with your submission.
Maybe you need to include screenshots? Use a longer description? Or using invalid characters somewhere? -
