I cannot access Cloud Backups
-
@Jack8680 Right, I've also tried creating new projects, uploading them to the Cloud, and I can't access those either. I've deleted All of the previous Backups, to try the "completely fresh" approach, but this still does not work. I hope I don't have to uninstall/reinstall the HyperPad app . . . thereby losing all of the work stored locally on my iPad device.

@Cryptic-Level-Studios you can back projects up to your notes by choosing airdrop from the "..." option on the projects list and then airdropping to notes. I doubt a reinstall will help though because I'm having it too.

Thanks for letting us know. Backups should still be working fine, I think it's the page to retrieve backups that's acting up.
Reinstall of HyperPad won't help. But we should be able to fix the page with out a HyperPad update.
@Hamed can you look at this when you wake up

I think this is related to the issue of everyone getting logged out. We will submit an update as soon as possible.

@Hamed Thanks for the quick support attention, admins. It's comforting to know that you're actively involved with the community. I'm looking forward to the update.

Here too, will not back up, keeps failing...

Is it failing to back up the project, or failing to load the page to restore? Because those are two very different issues.

It looks like if you go to https://www.hyperpad.com/backups in safari to download your backups, it will work fine. Still trying to figure out whats going wrong.
-
Unfortunately this requires an update. But the safari work around will work.
-
The Safari workaround was unsuccessful. I continue to receive the message: "The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved." I've tried on both my iPad 4th gen. And iPad Pro devices. Both are operating on iOS version 10.2.1.

With this newest update, everything works like a charm again! Excellent job devs. It's good to know you are present in the forums looking out for us.

Glad to hear it's all sorted!
