the "Change Picture" Option doesn't work in the Edit section.

i've tried using the "Change Picture" option, and it didnt work.
Pc, Mac, iPad (all) don't seem to like this too much. ive tried multiple links. would it be possible to have system pictures, too? like with the banner on the Profile Pages?

Yeah the forum is supposed to have avatars and banners disabled... I just don't know how to hide the option. So just pretend it doesn't exist :).
