      @RobinsonX I click the cloud button but it doesn’t work. Is this a bug or do I just have to wait a little longer?

          I will try to send a recording today about the issue but I will try to describe it instead until I get the video.

          Every time i try to click the cloud button it just doesn’t work. I thought I just had to wait but I waited like 5 mins and It was not prompting me with anything, I have the same type of iPad as @RobinsonX I don’t know that’s going on.

              @Imxbox973 That's very strange... Can you tell us what iOS software version and what iPad model you are using so we can look into this further?

                Try logging out and logging back in?
                I also notice your hub isn't properly fully loaded.

                      Are you using hyperPad starter or the complete hyperPad app?

                          Weird! I pulled up your account, and looks like you've used both the starter app and the complete version before and your account has gotten confused.
